    Abstract
Supply chain network design has a very significant influence on supply chain performance. In companies, the supply chain network needs help in the company's ELT service level regarding services in fulfilling each Customer's requests. This study aims to help design a supply chain network by determining the number of facilities and location points for constructing new DC facilities at PT. Gudang Dingin Indonesia and determine the optimal amount for each mode of transportation for each DC. This supply chain network was designed using the NO and SIM models in the AnyLogistix software. Location candidates considered in the scenario are DC Jakarta and DC Bekasi, with Blind Vans and CDD refrigerated trucks distributing products to Customers. The results of this study indicate that building 1 DC can provide a good service level for bakso ikan, cheese dumpling, fish roll, otak-otak ikan, dan pangasius fillet, respectively 80%, 92%, 93%, 87 %, and 96% with a total cost that decreased by 23.3% with a customer segmentation of 42 points served by DC Bogor and 218 points served by DC Jakarta. The optimal number of Blind Van vehicles for DC Bogor is nine units, and 29 units for DC Jakarta. Meanwhile, only 1 unit of CDD refrigerated truck is needed for DC Jakarta.
