ANALISIS PERAMALAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE MOVING AVERAGE UNTUK PENGENDALIAN PERSEDIAAN BAHAN BAKU KLOR DI PERUMDA AIR MINUM TUGU TIRTA KOTA MALANG
Abstract
Perumda Water Drinking Tugu Tirta Malang City is a drinking water distribution service industry company that provides goods and services with the aim of creating comfort, community welfare in ensuring the basic needs of clean water in the local area. To improve these services, a water production process is needed in accordance with demand with the right quality and quantity even though there is often a high demand at one time. Therefore, there must always be the right amount of supporting capacity and efficiency to maintain the stable performance of drinking water production, especially in the raw material section. This study uses a quantitative approach. Where data collection is through actual data on demand for raw materials such as the use of chlorine which is requested online and to increase the author's knowledge regarding the Tugu Tirta Drinking Water Perumda, it is carried out offline within a certain time span. Problems related to customer complaints such as water that does not come out at several points in the area are one of the keys in making effective and efficient raw material designs in the hope of providing the best for customers. With the amount of data from January to December 2021, the authors get the appropriate forecasting method using the Moving Average (MA) method. Then also calculated the error in the forecasting in each of the forecasting weights using the MSE, MAD, and MAPE methods.
