dc.description.abstractAs time goes by, society''s need for construction projects continues to increase. Therefore, management to achieve satisfactory results is very important. In the project development process, construction management consultants play an important role from the planning stage to the post-implementation stage. Construction management consulting is a working group responsible for monitoring, controlling, supporting and participating in the project development process. Careful planning at the start of a project will result in proper implementation, which greatly determines the success of a project This primary data collection is used as a calculation analysis for the drainage water pump. This data is obtained from the Hydraulic Calculation Sheet to analyze Water Source calculations. Water Source secondary data collection is to determine the most optimal water source location case to be selected based on the parameters of pipe size, pressure drop, and fluid flow velocity in the pipe. For water sources, a Fluid Transfer system is used to deliver (transfer) or channel the power generated by the power generator (primover) to the entire circuit (circuit) until the output can be seen on the actuator. Apart from its transfer function, fluid also acts as an automation medium or as a control medium, namely to operate control elements in the fluid power system itself. The most optimal water source location is option 1.2 river water for MMP process water with a pipe routing length of 0.529 km, flow speed of 2.47 m/s and pressure drop of 1.23 kg/cm2.
