dc.description.abstract | This research is about testing the company's fundamental ratio and its relation to stock prices with the aim to determine the effect of the ratio of Debt Equity Ratio (DER), Earning per Share (EPS), and Return on Equity (ROE) to stock prices in the banking sector listed on the LQ45 Index from 2014 to 2018. The method used is a quantitative method with the Random Effect Model (REM) using Stata 12. The results show that partially the DER has a negative effect on stock prices. EPS has a positive effect on stock prices. ROE negatively affects stock prices.
