dc.description.abstractSolo Technopark (STP) is an integrated technology area which operates in the center and development of innovation and technology. In its business processes, STP companies often experience obstacles caused by consumers, suppliers and internal companies. Some of the problems with the STP company's supply chain activities are delays in sending raw materials, there are product defects which cause the repair process to take longer, product delivery is delayed, and the products to be sent do not match customer specifications. Therefore, companies need a risk assessment in supply chain activities using the ANP and FMEA integration method. The purpose of this research is to know risk analysis, know mitigation priorities, and know risk mitigation recommendations. Based on the results of risk identification using the SCOR method, it is known that there are 24 types of potential risks. After carrying out the calculations, the highest WRPN value was obtained for the Make criteria with a WRPN value of 257.511, for the source criteria with a WRPN value of 233.073, and for the plan criteria with a WRPN value of 208.523. There are 8 types of mitigation recommendations proposed, such as conducting HR training, coordinating production schedule capabilities, supervising workers, reviewing production planning, determining alternative suppliers, providing suppliers with the ability to provide raw materials, providing maximum change deadlines and improving communication. to consumers. It is hoped that the impact of this research can help reduce potential risks that could impact the company's financial losses.en_US
