PENGUKURAN KINERJA SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT MENGGUNAKAN MODEL SUPPLY CHAIN OPERATION REFERENCE DAN FUZZY ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (STUDI KASUS: PT. ALBASI KARANGLAYUNG INDONESIA)
Abstract
PT. Albasi Karanglayung Indonesia is a company engaged in the wood processing industry with barecore products as finished goods. PT. In the Supply Chain Management (SCM) process, companies often face various obstacles, including companies facing a decrease in the supply of pallet wood by suppliers, companies being unable to meet consumer demand, and many cases of machine damage during the production process. Responding to this, PT. Albasi Karanglayung Indonesia needs to carry out regular performance measurements to improve the quality of every barecore production performance activity. The methods used in measuring performance are Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) and Fuzzy Analyitical Hierarchy Process (Fuzzy AHP). Each performance indicator is weighted using the Fuzzy AHP method. The aim of this research is to measure overall SCM performance achievements by analyzing each performance indicator to improve the quality of SCM from raw materials to consumers. From the validation results, 18 performance indicators were found to be valid and used to measure PT's SCM performance. Albasi Karanglayung Indonesia. From measuring overall SCM performance, a value of 66.349 was obtained, which is categorized as average or still requires improvement in the quality of SCM in the company based on normalization of de Boer norms. The analysis results of each performance indicator show that there are 4 performance indicators that are prioritized for improvement, such as forecast accuracy with a score of 45, raw material planning accuracy with a score of 76, delivery quantity accuracy by supplier with a score of 76, number of trouble machines with a score of 59 and delivery quantity accuracy by the company with a score of 41.
