Rizal Suryana. 105219031. DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT OF AN ONLINE QUEUE SYS- TEM FOR TASIKMALAYA CITY REGIONAL GENERAL HOSPITAL BASED ON A WEBSITE. Currently, the patient queuing system at Tasikmalaya City Hospital still uses a manual system, which often results in a pile of queues and irregularities in patient data management. This was conveyed by Diskominfo employees as representatives of the Tasikmalaya City Hospital when interviewed on June 26, 2023. In addition, from interviews with several patients who have visited Tasikmalaya City Hospital, it was found that the main challenge faced is the need to come early to get a queue number, which is then followed by waiting for the administration process. This often results in patients spending a lot of time in the registration process, which can take anywhere from 2 to 5 hours. The purpose of this research is to develop a Website-Based Online Queuing Application for Tasikmalaya City Hospital to streamline the queuing process for prospective patients. The development of the online queue application of Tasikmalaya City Hospital based on the website uses the waterfall method which has been adjusted to the needs starting from the requirement definition stage to Integration and system testing. System testing is done using 15 test cases. Based on the test results, it shows that the Tasikmalaya City Hospital online queue application meets the system requirements. This research produces a Hospital online queuing application that can help the queuing process run efficiently. The application provides features for patients to register for queue numbers online, check registration status, and view live queues. Furthermore, the application also provides features for registration admins to register queue numbers for patients who come directly to the hospital, and features to manage queues for poly admins such as starting the queue process and setting schedules and queue quotas for poly.
