Abstract

PT Kogal Jaya Mandiri has adopted a WordPress-based solution with certain plugins to manage goods delivery. However, challenges arise with the company's development, especially regarding cost limitations and the functionality of the plugins used. Paid plugins add to the financial burden, while the unavailability of warehouse features hinders supply chain efficiency. Warehouse management is becoming increasingly important with the complexity and volume of deliveries increasing. The required solution is a delivery and warehouse system, integrating functions from order reception to delivery to customers. It is hoped that this solution can optimize operational efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction. Additionally, the company realizes that current technology may limit competitiveness in a competitive market. Therefore, special attention is given to the implementation of the latest technology in the logistics industry, with a desire to have a system that can be self-managed without the involvement of external parties.
