Representation of Puan Maharani in Memes (A Semiotic Analysis Study on the “DEWAN PERAMPOK RAKYAT” Meme Posts on the Instagram of the Student Executive Board of Universitas Indonesia). This research aims to analyze the representation of political messages in the meme "PEOPLE'S ROBBER COUNCIL" uploaded by the UI Student Union on Instagram using Roland Barthes' semiotic approach. This study reveals how social media, particularly through memes, can be a tool to convey political messages to the general public. Through content analysis techniques, this research deciphers the meme's message structure based on denotation, connotation, and myth meanings. The analysis results show that the meme is a form of political agitation by the UI Student Union representing dissatisfaction with the enactment of the Omnibus Law on Job Creation by the Indonesian House of Representatives.
