Adaro Energy is the subject of this valuation analysis, which looks at the effects of dividend policy,
capital structure, and profitability. This study aims to use quantitative methods to better understand
the impact of these three elements on PT Adaro Energy's company value. For this study, we
employed a validated and reliable questionnaire to gather data from 96 participants selected using
the lemmeshow algorithm. The SPSS 24 program is used to conduct multiple linear regression
analyses. Based on the data, we can say that the following factors influence the value of PT Adaro
Energy Company: (1) dividend policy; (2) capital structure; and (3) profitability. Investors, financial
analysts, and anybody else curious in the role of coal mining enterprises in an evolving economy
