    Abstract
    Annisa Nava Syafira. 106116009. Media Relations as Public Relations’s Strategy in Managing the Company’s Reputation at PT BNI Syariah Jakarta. . This study discusses how the results of media relations activities with media as external public carried out by the Public Relations of PT BNI Syariah Jakarta in managing the company's reputation, in which the results are categorized as Trust and Control mutuality. The results of media relations are obtained by the strategy of Credibility, Candor, Clarity, Compassion, and Commitment. The method that used in this research is descriptive qualitative. In collecting data the researchers conducted interviews, observations, and documentation. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using four components according to Miles & Huberman (1994). The results show that one of the Public Relations strategies at PT BNI Syariah in managing the company's reputation is the presence of media relations.
