Waste management has become a pressing issue along with population growth and rapid urbanization, which increases global waste volume. Poorly managed waste can cause environmental pollution and health threats. In response to this, the Environment Sustainability Network Foundation (ESWKA) in Cilegon City took the initiative to establish a waste bank to effectively manage waste which can then be sold to buyers given the increasing demand for waste raw materials by MSMEs. developed the payment and sales module of the ESWKA Waste Bank system which aims to facilitate waste banks and consumers in used waste product transactions with profits that can be determined by the Parent Waste Bank. This development method uses the waterfall method including needs analysis, design, system design, implementation and testing. The results of the needs analysis resulted in nine use cases. The features developed are managing products, managing orders, managing users, managing product categories, integrated payment services, buying and selling transaction services, shopping cart services for users, buyer account registration, and sales reports. The Payment Gateways tested were midtrans and Paypal using React.js and Node.js frameworks. The test results and code quality scanner show that midtrans is the best choice in terms of payment services, ease of integration and good maintainability compared to Paypal.en_US
