dc.description.abstractThis research about how geometry variations affect heat transfer performance of helical heat exchanger with the purpose to know changes in heat transfer performance when some geometry’s variable are changed. The method used is Computational Fluids Dynamic with ANSYS FLUENT as a software. The results show that helical coil diameter size transformasion provide significant change in heat transfer performance be compared the transformasion of number of turn on helical coil and shell length of helical heat exchanger. This is due to effect of changes in velocity value and changes in heat transfer area when the size of geometry’s variable is changed.en_US
