PENGARUH FLEXIBLE WORKING ARRANGEMENT DAN JOB SATISFACTION TERHADAP PRODUKTIVITAS KARYAWAN GENERASI Z (STUDI KASUS: KARYAWAN GEN Z DI JAKARTA PUSAT)
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Satisfaction on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Central Jakarta. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method by collecting data from 100 respondents through Google Form who are Generation Z employees in Central Jakarta. Measurements are made by analyzing the extent to which Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Satisfaction influence Employee Productivity. The results of the study using the t-test method show that the significance value is 0.00> 0.05 for the variable (X1) Flexible Working Arrangement, so it can be concluded that Flexible Working Arrangement has an effect on Employee Productivity. Then, for the variable (X2) Job Satisfaction, a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 is obtained, indicating that Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Productivity. The use of the F Test shows a significance value of 0.00 <0.05, so it can be concluded that the variables Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on the Productivity of Generation Z Employees in Central Jakarta. This study contributes to the understanding of the role of Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Satisfaction on Employee Productivity. Thus, the Company can see the results of this study that to increase the work productivity of Generation Z, Flexible Working Arrangement and Job Satisfaction are very necessary.
