dc.description.abstractThis study aims to analyze the influence of training, coaching, and work environment on employee performance at PT PLN Nusantara Power, Paiton Generation Unit. The background of this research lies in the company’s need to improve employee performance in response to increasing demands for efficiency and rapid digital transformation in the electricity sector. A quantitative approach was employed, using surveys and questionnaires distributed to 104 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 software. The results show that training, coaching, and work environment variables each have a positive and significant impact on employee performance, both individually and collectively. Relevant training enhances technical competencies, coaching contributes to motivation and career development, while a supportive work environment fosters productivity and job satisfaction. This study provides strategic insights for management in formulating human resource development policies to improve employee performance in a sustainable manner.en_US
