dc.description | Kerja praktik ini dilaksanakan pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Akses Taman Kawasan Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) di Kota Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan, yang dikerjakan oleh CV. Gemilang Utama. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk mempelajari secara langsung proses pekerjaan pondasi tiang pancang serta menganalisis kapasitas daya dukung tiang tunggal dan tiang kelompok berdasarkan data Standard Penetration Test (SPT) menggunakan metode Luciano Decourt. Kegiatan kerja praktik meliputi pembersihan dan persiapan lahan, pengukuran titik tiang pancang, pemasangan tiang pancang jenis spun pile, pekerjaan pile cap, abutment, serta pengujian mutu beton melalui trial mix design. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa tiang pancang berdiameter 50 cm memiliki penurunan melebihi batas izin, sehingga tidak direkomendasikan. Sementara itu, tiang pancang berdiameter 80 cm memenuhi kriteria daya dukung dan penurunan yang diizinkan, sehingga layak digunakan pada proyek ini. Kesimpulan ini memberikan rekomendasi teknis dalam pemilihan dimensi tiang pancang untuk kondisi tanah reklamasi di sekitar kawasan pesisir. | en_US |
dc.description.abstract | Bridge construction requires precise foundation planning to ensure the structure can safely and stably support both construction and traffic loads. In the Access Bridge Construction Project to the Center Point of Indonesia (CPI) Park in Makassar City, the foundation used was a spun pile type, considering the reclaimed soil condition consisting of sand mixed with seashell fragments and silty sand. This internship aimed to directly observe the pile foundation construction process on-site and to analyze the bearing capacity of single and group piles based on Standard Penetration Test (SPT) data using the Luciano Decourt method. The implementation method included documentation, field observation, and interviews with the contractor. The analysis was conducted on pile diameters of 50 cm and 80 cm. The results showed that the 50 cm diameter piles experienced a settlement of 0.085 m, exceeding the allowable limit of 0.05 m, and were therefore deemed unsafe. Meanwhile, the 80 cm diameter piles had a settlement of 0.057 m, below the allowable limit of 0.08 m, and met the bearing capacity criteria, thus recommended for use in this project. | en_US |
