    Abstract
This report presents a detailed performance analysis of the Hot Combined Feed Exchanger (EB-0201.3) with a focus on key operational parameters, including Temperature Profile, Total Sulphur (TS) content in the Depropanizer Bottom Product (S-213), Leakage Rate, and Heat Duty validation. The objective is to assess the performance of EB-0201.3, identify potential issues affecting its operation, and recommend corrective measures. The report begins with an overview of the Hot Combined Feed Exchanger's function and design specifications, emphasizing its role in process efficiency. The problem statement outlines observed temperature deviations and the need to monitor leakage rates, which may impact both operational efficiency and product quality. The methodology includes a range of performance analyses, including mass balance, heat duty validation, and sulfur content monitoring, aimed at evaluating the exchanger's current condition. The findings show that the performance of EB-0201.3 is within acceptable limits, with no significant leakage detected and sulfur content remaining below the regulatory threshold. Additionally, the heat duty analysis indicates the presence of flow maldistribution, which affects heat transfer efficiency. The report also incorporates a sustainability perspective, considering the environmental, economic, and operational impacts of maintaining and optimizing heat exchanger performance. In conclusion, the report provides insights into improving reliability, enhancing system efficiency, and supporting long-term operational sustainability.
