This initiative aims to improve disaster preparedness and safety management in aging factories in Malaysia, which are vital to the economy yet frequently encounter substantial safety issues. The main goal was to create a mobile application that includes a daily safety checklist, instant access to emergency contacts, and extensive training resources. The project started with careful data collecting to determine safety requirements and find relevant factors drawn from past experiences. This vital phase ensures that the program is tailored to the specific needs of ageing manufacturers. As a result, the Emergency Preparedness and Response (EPR) management system was developed with essential features to improve safety precautions. Following sensitivity analysis to identify important elements influencing safety results, risk scenario evaluations are carried out to replicate likely situations and evaluate their effects. The initiative creates risk-reducing strategies to raise general safety culture and emergency reaction capacity. Through addressing the particular problems faced by ageing facilities, this project aims to improve worker safety and operational resilience, so creating a safer industrial environment. The outcomes and methods developed in this research can serve as a prototype for related studies in different sectors, therefore promoting a proactive safety management strategy in ageing industrial facilities.en_US
