    Abstract
Analysis of Mobile Legends E-sports Team Communication Patterns in Onic Team's Mic Check Content at the 2023 MSC Tournament. This design/research is about the communication patterns depicted in the Onic Esports team's YouTube content entitled Mic Check with the aim of providing an in-depth understanding of how group communication patterns are formed in professional e-sports teams, and to what extent groupthink and role division symptoms can affect the effectiveness of communication and decision making during the match. The method used is thematic qualitative content analysis to systematically identify, analyze, and report patterns or themes contained in qualitative data (Braun & Clarke, 2006). The results show that the Onic Esports team's communication patterns at the 2023 MSC Tournament are included in the secondary communication pattern which is the result of the communication process described by Groupthink theory, this pattern is formed due to the unity of thought and a high level of trust among members, resulting in a positive form of groupthink. Meanwhile, from the theory of the Role of Group Members, this pattern is realized through active interaction between complementary roles.
