This study examines the impact of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) on Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) inflows in emerging market countries, specifically the MINT group (Mexico, Indonesia, Nigeria, and Turkey). The objective of this research is to analyze whether improvements in ICT development significantly attract foreign investment in the region and to identify which technological variables contribute the most to increasing FDI. The study employs panel data consisting of time series and cross-section data over a specific period. The independent variables include ICT indicators such as Internet users, mobile cellular subscriptions, fixed broadband subscriptions, gross domestic product (GDP), and inflation. The dependent variable is FDI inflows. Panel data regression models are applied to examine the relationship among variables, supported by diagnostic tests including the Chow test, Hausman test, and Lagrange Multiplier test to determine the most appropriate model. The findings are expected to provide academic and policy contributions, particularly in formulating strategies to enhance technological readiness in order to increase the attractiveness of foreign investment in MINT countries.en_US
