    Abstract
Indonesia is one of the most countries with the highest number of natural disasters. According to National Agency For Disaster Management (BNPB) records, 98% of natural disasters that often occur in Indonesia are hydrometeorological disasters, type of that disaster caused by water or climate. This is proven by the data for the last 5 years which shows that flood is one of the most types of disasters has occured. Prepositioning is one of the most important stage in disaster management during the preparedness phase. This aims to minimize the number of victims and improve the operations at response phase. Therefore, the goal of this research is to obtain the optimal supply of relief items for each type of relief item that will be distributed to each disaster area. DKI Jakarta flood case studies will used for this research, since at the past event there was still a shortage of relief items. Based on the results by running the Mixed Integer Programming (MIP) model in LINGO 18, to meet the demand for 1.746 households, the total supply for each type of relief items was 728 units each for mineral water and biscuits, while the family kits and mattresses were 145 units each.
