| dc.description.abstract | Asset management is one of the most important process in a company. A company has to determine the materials needed in asset utilization in order to minimize the saving cost of material according to it’s age. To determine the age of materials, companies have their own definitions to then be used in the calculation in order to simplify it for material processing which is done by the workers. This is done by transferring the assets or by inputting them into the FUPP list. The purpose of this report is to identify how PT Pertamina EP managing the owned assets at all Pertamina ASSET in the utilizations. Another purpose of this report is to analyze the accuracy of calculation using Microsoft Excel formula in classifying the assets.
The author conducts the research by doing literature study, observations, documentations, and using quantitative method. The data is collected by using MySAP application to obtain the number of moving materials in all ASSET owned by PT Pertamina EP. These moving materials comprise KKKS material codes to describe the variety of assets used. This research focuses on the material movement which is then classified according to the regulations of PT Pertamina EP. The acquired classifications are used to identify the asset utilization level and will be used in another utilization process. The author builds a formula to classify the material, compares the formula to the current used and another formula, and the utilization level.
The author concludes that material utilization by PT Pertamina EP has been done well and this is shown by the obtained profits. The author has suggestion for the company to take consideration in using the Excel formula built by the author to be used in asset classifying process owned by PT Pertamina EP. | en_US |
