    Abstract
This research is about evaluating the spherical pressure vessel system as LPG storage owned by PT Elnusa Petrofin in Amurang. The evaluation is carried out with the aim of conducting a system resilience study in design, operating and hydrostatic testing conditions, as well as calculating the remaining life of the system operation. The method used is finite element with the use of Ansys 18.1 software for modeling and simulation process. Whereas failure evaluation refers to ASME Section VIII Division 2 with stress as the parameters which is the output of the Ansys. The results showed that the spherical pressure vessel system is feasible under design conditions with 97% critical stress on the shell body, operating with 85% critical stress on the shell body and hydrostatic testing with 97% critical stress on the lower column. Besides, the evaluation of remaining life based on Corrosion Allowance is 26 years, and based on the Minimum Thickness ASME is 33 years. Keywords: Pressure Vessel, Finite Element, Stress
