    Abstract
Logistics facilities in ports have an important aspect in import and export activities. One of the ways to improve logistics facilities in ports is by understanding the internal and external factors of the port that have an impact on the port's throughput. With the uncertain economic condition of the country that causes port planning is not in accordance with what was planned, so it is necessary to analyze the factors that affect the throughput in increasing the productivity of a port. This study aims to determine internal and external port factors that will be used as a determinant of throughput as well as to analyze these factors with the results of multiple linear regression models. The results of this model have met the classical assumption test as a requirement in modeling multiple linear regression equations which are then compared with future development plans at the port. Based on the results of data processing, several factors that have been used as determinants of throughput provide significant results on port throughput, namely the process of loading container unloading, crane productivity, and ship productivity. In-depth analysis of the future throughput values generated using the results of multiple linear regression models, in one of the factors it produces a throughput of 2010 TEU if ship calls increase by 10 calls and grow by 198 TEU if crane productivity increases by 100 BPH (Box per Hour).
