This final project research conducted a study of working posture analysis on PT X employees who experienced musculoskeletal complaints on their body parts. Based on the results of a survey using the Cornell Musculoskeletal Discomfort Questionnaire (CMDQ), it was found that the biggest complaints were found in the body parts of lower back by 21%, then on the upper back by 14.61%, then the hips /buttocks by 13.83% and the fourth is on the neck by 12.69%. Based on the CMDQ results, working posture analysis was carried out using the Rapid Office Strain Assessment (ROSA) method for PT X employees. The ROSA value showed 6.7 which was belong to the category of necessity of intervention measures level. Apart conducting working posture analysis, the other purpose of this final project was to redesign the work station to be more ergonomic in accordance with the working posture of PT X employees. The redesign of the work station used an anthropometric approach, namely adjusting the design to the dimensions of work station users by adding features that can be adjusted. Redesign of the workstation was able to reduce the significant ROSA value (3) so that it becomes more ergonomic for employees.en_US
