EVALUASI PERFORMA PELAYANAN LOGISTIK PERGUDANGAN PADA FIELD PRABUMULIH PT PERTAMINA EP
Abstract
Warehousing is part of Supply Chain Management which has function to providing material and goods to support the smooth operations of the company in order to fulfil or even increase the production capacity that have been targeted before. Logistics service performance such as speed and precise in providing material that needed by user is Supply Chain Management main goal it called service excellent. However, durimg the implementation Author founds that the level of successful from what Supply Chain Management PT Pertamina EP do isn’t optimum yet, especially on Prabumulih field, it’s concluded by the Turn Over Ratio level that still below the Key Performance Indicator and also there’s an evaluation on Prabumulih field throughput data. In the logistics service system flow of PT Pertamina EP, there’s an ineffective and inefficient process, so one of the solutions is implementing the integrated logistics service system that will cut the processing time and also optimizing the work performance. In this research Author also discuss about obstacles and evaluation from logistics service system and what PT Pertamina EP should to do to overcome and giving the best logistics service, demand fulfilling and also customer satisfaction in effective and efficient way. In achieving Service Level Acceptance for Prabumulih field, PT Pertamina EP got 98.31% on 2018 and it means that the fulfilling performance is superfine. Beside that PT Pertamina EP also started implementing the Lean Warehousing system in order to cut leadtime in fulfilling the demand.
