MAKNA KOMENTAR DUKUNGAN VIEWERS THE SOAP STORY PADA MEDIA SOSIAL TIKTOK (Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes terhadap Komentar pada Konten Video The Soap Story di Tiktok)

Abstract

This study uses a qualitative research method written with the aim of knowing the meaning of viewers' support comments on one of The Soap Story content on Tiktok which aims for potential consumers to make it easier to get more information related to the products offered on that content. This study uses Roland Barthes' semiotic analysis which is then interpreted using Meaning Giving Theory. As a result, the analyzed support comments were divided into several categories of support and dominated by emotional support.
