PENGARUH TERPAAN DAN VISUALISASI PESAN DI MEDIA SOSIAL TERHADAP MINAT BELAJAR PEKERJA BANK RAKYAT INDONESIA (Studi Kuantitatif pada Instagram @BRI.Corpu)
Abstract
The learning method initially face-to-face changed to online during the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. This online learning method certainly requires students at BRI Corporate University to study independently (self-learning). This research was carried out to determine whether there is an influence of certain variables, which makes BRI employees able to increase their interest in learning at changes in learning methods that are fast and different. This study is about the effect of exposure and visualization of messages on social media on the interest in learning of BRI workers. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, by distributing online questionnaires to BRI employees who follow Instagram @BRI.Corpu with as many as 100 respondents. Based on the test result in this research, variable exposure to Instagram @BRI.Corpu on the interest in learning of BRI workers with a significance value of 0.02. Then the message visualization variable on Instagram @BRI.Corpu also affects the interest in learning of BRI workers, with a significance value of 0.00. The variable exposure and message visualization on Instagram @BRI.Corpu have a simultaneous effect on the variable interest in learning of BRI workers with a significance value of 0.00.
