    Abstract
This research and design discuss ultralight flying vehicles that can be used on land, sea, or air. In Indonesia, there are still few who are interested in small flying vehicles, so that the development of flying vehicles in Indonesia is not like the countries in Europe. Flying Inflatable Boat is an amphibious vehicle designed to be able to fly from land or water surface so that it can be used in Indonesia which has a long coastline. Of course, all vehicles must have a frame that will support the structure of the vehicle, including the Flying Inflatable Boat. The design of the frame for flying vehicles must pay attention to many aspects, especially the material that will affect the total weight. Therefore, the use of aluminum material will greatly assist the design. To help support very large loads when flying, stainless steel will be very useful in helping aluminum to support large loads. In this design, the designed frame structure has a mass of 19.3 kg which consists of several components with a combination of materials between stainless steel and aluminum. The designed frame then goes through a Finite Element Analysis simulation with the help of the ANSYS 2019 R3 software to find out the critical point and stress experienced by the frame. The results of the design conclude that the frame design is safe from damage because the stress generated from several loading scenarios is still below the allowable stress of the material used.
