dc.description.abstractThis research is about the fabrication of thin layer n-type Zinc Oxide using the Spin Coating method which aims to be able to synthesize zinc oxide-based thin film coating layer with Spin Coating method, then determine the effect of temperature on the deposition of Zinc Oxide formation and determine the right rpm for the formation of thin N-type coating. N-type thin layer fabrication uses Spin Coating which is a technique of forming a uniform thin layer on the substrate by performing playback that utilizes centrifugal force so that the precursor solution can coat the surface of the substrate uniformly on all surfaces [15]. After the substrate has a thin layer of n-type on its surface, deposition is carried out using a furnace at a temperature of 300°C to 500°C. Characterization is done to find out the morphological surface of this experiment, processing using optical microscopes, Scanning Electron Microscope, and X-Ray Diffraction.
