The Port of Kendari New Port has great potential to be developed, with the increasing need for inter island goods distribution activities through the port, causing the level of port service performance to decrease. So the problem in this research is to see the level of service performance, the level of container productivity performance, the level of utility performance (BOR and YOR) based on port performance criteria, as well as the projected development of the Kendari New Port. So that it can determine the level of service performance, productivity performance level, utility performance level, and know port development projections. Based on port service indicators, it can analyze the performance of ship flows, because port service indicators relate to information about the length of time the ship's service is in the port work environment. In doing the projection using regression and geometry methods for the population. Service performance at Kendari New Port in 2021 meets port performance standards based on the Decree of the Directorate General of Sea Transportation in 2016. Due to the value of Waiting Time and Approach Time of 0.35 hours and 0.56 hours, and the Effective Time value compared to Berth Time is 87% . the results of the analysis of productivity performance at the port of Kendari New Port obtained a productivity of 11.6 boxes/hour. the dock usage rate (BOR) in 2021 is 68% and the field use rate (YOR) is 22%en_US
