Zero Crossing Detector is a circuit can be detect zero cross on ac voltage ZCD can generate pulse at the time of zero crossoveR pulse can be set using the LM 741 by comparing the input ZCD with teh actual dc voltage, changes of degree can be adjusted by turning the potentiometer, testing was carried out on 4 case studies by variying the load : (1) half wave circuit test with R load, (2) half wave circuit test with RL load, (3) full wave cicuit test with R load, (4) full wave circuit test with RL load. The four case studies experimental data compared with calculation data to verify data has obtained. On the first test with hal wave circuit R load on 45 degree voltage error obtained is 3,52%, at every L load the resulting wave will have back emf which is displayed on the osiloscope. | en_US |
