Analisa Kerusakan Bearing Pompa Sentrifugal Tipe P-2201 C Berdasarkan Spectrum of Vibration dan Waveform Peakvue di PT. Petrokimia Gresik
Abstract
P-2201 C centrifuge pump is one of the supporting tools in the production of plant 1 at PT. New petrochemicals that serve to channel water for its production process. From the report of one of the production workers at plant 1 on July 6, 2021, there was a noise at the P-2201 C pump. So one of the technicians in the inspection department conducted a direct check to the field. This aims to analyze the possibility of the centrifugal pump being damaged. From the check it was found that the pupm inboard showed its vibration value exceeded the normal limit set by ISO 10806-3. Then the check continues on the vibration spectrum analysis and waveform peakvue pump vertical inboard. At peakvue values exceed the standard limit that has been determined by the company, which is 3.00, as well as the vibration spectrum that experiences noicefloor at high frequency which indicates a bang on the bearing ball. From the analysis can be concluded there is damage to the pump bearings. Bearings must be replaced and pumps acted upon by overhaul process, this aims to maintain and maintain stable pump performance.
