dc.description.abstractThis study discusses the analysis of work posture for programmers in Jakarta. Unergonomic working conditions can cause health problems and work accidents. Ergonomics risk analysis was carried out for work posture assessment using the RULA method. The purpose of this study was to conduct a muskuloskeletal risk assessment for programmers and identify employee work effectiveness using the Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) and the Nordic Body Map (NBM) questionnaire, and provide recommendations for improving work posture for programmers based on a survey using the Nordic Body questionnaire. Map (NBM). The results of this study indicate that the level of muskuloskeletal complaints felt by workers is in the very risky category. Then for the assessment of work posture using the RULA method, there were 2 workers with category 7 or high. Recommendations for improvement that can be given are administration by providing ergonomics training to all workers.en_US
