Evaluasi Penerapan Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja di PLTM Solok Selatan

This research contains an evaluation of the application of SMK3 at the Solok Selatan PLTM. As a company that uses production equipment such as turbines and generators in its production process, it is possible for work accidents to occur. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to identify the application of SMK3 in the Solok Selatan PLTM and also evaluate the implementation of SMK3 so that its effectiveness can be seen. The results obtained from this study indicate that the value of implementing SMK3 PLTM Solok Selatan is 75% which is at a good level of achievement based on Government Regulation Number 50 of 2012. The results obtained this time have increased from the previous year. The method used when conducting research is descriptive qualitative method and data sources consist of two primary data and secondary data. However, there are still a number of implementation criteria that are not suitable, such as the absence of a work permit system for high-risk tasks and other criteria.
