ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PERAN WWF-INDONESIA DALAM MENDUKUNG PENGELOLAAN TAMAN NASIONAL WAKATOBI 2007-2010

Abstract

This research describes the role of WWF-Indonesia as a non-governmental organization in supporting the management of Wakatobi National Park, Southeast Sulawesi. The purpose of this study is to explain the effectiveness of WWF-Indonesia's role in supporting the management of Wakatobi National Park in 2007-2010. This study analyzes the effectiveness of WWF-Indonesia's role with indicators of community development and advocacy to the government. The purpose of this study is to explain the role carried out by WWF-Indonesia in achieving its effectiveness. This study analyzes the role of WWF-Indonesia through the revitalization of coral reefs located in Wakatobi NP. The method used in this research is qualitative with data collection techniques through the study of literature relating to the focus of research. This study concludes that the role carried out by WWF-Indonesia has a positive impact that is felt directly or indirectly for Wakatobi NP.
