    Abstract
In order to increase the efficiency and performance of each ship, we need a system that can unify all data on the ship remotely in real-time. Therefore, the Fleet Supply Chain Section is trying to create this system. The project being worked on is called the Smartship Project. This Smartship Project is a project carried out by PT. PIS to carry out an IoT (Internet of Things) based Monitoring System on a ship owned by PT.PIS. The installed monitoring system will use the Siemens S7-1200 PLC as a controller for the sensors that have been installed on every part of the ship. As the name implies, this smartship system is expected to be able to send data on the ship obtained through the sensors installed on the ship and send it to PT. PIS Keywords: Smartship Project, PLC, Widuri Gas Ship
