PENGUKURAN KINERJA PERSEDIAAN DI GUDANG BAHAN KOMPONEN DENGAN METODE FSN ANALYSIS BERDASARKAN TURN OVER RATIO (STUDI KASUS: PT XYZ)
Abstract
PT XYZ is a company that manufactures batteries. The warehouse studied this time is
warehouse A, which is a warehouse for receiving and storing metal body jacket raw
materials. And the metal body jacket also has various variations including: red R6, blue,
super power, and special, blue R20, super power, and special, and blue R14 and super
power. Companies need a procurement system that can ensure the availability of materials
in the warehouse. However, the company pays little attention to the availability of goods and
often makes excessive purchases, which results in the accumulation of goods in the
warehouse. It can be concluded that grouping or compiling inventory using the FSN Analysis
method based on Turn Over Ratio (TOR) can produce goods into three classifications,
namely fast, slow, and non-moving, where for fast moving with the highest value the result
is 83 .27 in January with the R6 BIRU product variety and for the lowest score in fast moving, namely getting a value of 5.84 with the R6 Blue product variation in February. Then
for the slow-moving the lowest results are 1.88 on the R6 Super Power item variation in the
February period. And for the lowest non-moving results are the variations of goods R6 Blue,
Special, Super Power, R20 Special, R14 Blue/December. R14 Super Power/January February by getting a result of 0.00. Furthermore, based on the results of the TOR
calculation, in knowing slow and non-moving goods, it can be managed by buying goods
only when needed or buying goods in moderation and the quantity and schedule of goods
must also be calculated so that stockout conditions do not arise.
