dc.description.abstractThe conflict that occurred in South Sudan was a conflict that occurred over friction or differences between nations. The existence of these differences then widened by involving a conflict between the President and vice President who came from two different opinions namely Nuer and Dinka. These two big ethnic groups have the desire to rule in South Sudan. The conflict that has occurred since 2013 has finally destroyed not only the facilities in Sudan. Damaging the land in South Sudan makes the agricultural cycle become imperfect and makes food productivity increase so that the price of the food itself increases many times. Scarcity of food or food scarcity is a problem that currently occurs in several countries in the world. The occurrence of scarcity of food ingredients due to many factors such as water sources, reduced land for planting and conflicts that cause damage in an area. This scarcity makes sense of insecurity because of the reduced source of food that can be used to meet daily needs. WFP, which is a agensi khusus from the United Nations, has the task of helping South Sudan to restore the food crisis that exists in the country with programs that they try to run in donor countries. This research will further explain which WFP can reduce the food crisis in South Sudan in the midst of conflicts in the country. By using literature Studies from journals and Report from WFP and othe Institutions, thus, it can be concluded that the roled played by WFP in dealing woth food crisis On South Sudan is as an independent actor and also as an orchestrator in reach the targetsen_US
