dc.description.abstractCV. HD Agro Lestari is a business in the food industry that uses chicken and beef. Beef and chicken meat is processed into kebab meat. Because this kebab meat uses basic ingredients that have a fairly high risk, namely in the form of beef and chicken meat, both of which have a high critical point both in terms of halalness and the safety side of these ingredients. One of the risks that exist in the CV. HD Agro Lestari is the negligence of its workers during the production process which can result in contamination of the product. This study aims to determine the causes of any risks that arise in halal supply chain management activities at CV. HD Agro Lestari and to design appropriate mitigation actions to address the causes of existing risks. Therefore, this research was conducted using the SCOR and HOR methods to achieve this goal. By using these two methods, 22 risk events and 21 risk agents were identified. Then, there are 10 risk agent priorities and 10 mitigation actions that can be implemented by CV. HD Agro Lestari.en_US
