    Abstract
PT Pertamina Lubricants is a sub-holding company engaged in commercial and trading activities with its main business being the production and marketing of lubricant products. In order to support its marketing activities, PT Pertamina Lubricants has collaborated with PT Patra Logistik to distribute its lubricant products. However, during the distribution process of lubricant products in the Jabodetabek area, a problem was identified, which is the underutilization of the fleet, leading to some vehicles being idle during working hours. This research aims to address the issues faced by PT Pertamina Lubricants by using the Multi Trip Heterogeneous Fleet Green Vehicle Routing Problem with Time Windows (MTHRFGVRPTW) method, which will be implemented in the distribution of lubricant products in the Jabodetabek area. The purpose of this model is to enhance resource efficiency and reduce environmental impacts during the delivery process. The optimization method based on Geographic Information System (GIS) is used to solve this problem by considering factors such as permintaan, closest distance, capacity, operational time windows of depots and distributors. The data processing involves three scenarios to be resolved: Scenario 1 with a fleet speed of 40 Km/h, Scenario 2 with a fleet speed of 50 Km/h, and Scenario 3 with a fleet speed of 60 Km/h. ArcGIS 10.8 is utilized to assist in the data processing. Based on the results of data processing, each scenario has achieved optimal outcomes. For example, in Scenario 1 during the month of January, the MTHRFGVRPTW model successfully completed the distribution for January with a total permintaan of 678 KL in just 6 days, using 3 units of Wing Box trucks and 1 unit of Colt Diesel Double truck, compared to the previous distribution process that took more than a month.
