REALISME POLITIK DALAM KERJA SAMA ENERGI REGIONAL ASEAN POWER GRID
Abstract
The research is about cooperation in the ASEAN Power Grid with the purpose studying the profile of energy resources in the form of electricity along with energy regulation policies in the Southeast Asia region. To be able explain this topic, the concern in this study is the development of electrical energy networks in ASEAN member countries. The realization of the ASEAN Power Grid, was conceived in 1997 in the ASEAN Vision 2020 series. This research approach looks at electricity energy infrastructure through political implications, because energy can be seen as a strategic commodity. The method used is a qualitative research model, with the technique of collecting literature study data through the collection of data and information from sources that are considered relevant and encompasses research. The results show cycle of political realism has a negative impact on the implications of the ASEAN Power Grid in each of its member countries.
