    Abstract
    The preparation of Fe/TiO2 catalyst with variations in calcination temperature and addition of Polyethylene Glycol (PEG) stabilizer was carried out using the wet impregnation method to investigate their influence on the catalyst's crystal size and surface area during the agglomeration process. The temperature variations used were 320 ℃, 370 ℃, 420 ℃, 470 ℃, and 520 ℃, while the PEG variations used were 1%, 3%, 5%, 7%, and 9%. From these 10 variables, the optimal calcination temperature and PEG mass will be selected. The use of the optimum calcination temperature and the addition of PEG stabilizer showed a significant effect on the agglomeration process, as indicated by different Z-Average values for Fe/TiO2 320 and Fe/TiO2 320 – PEG 7%, which were 3213.1 nm and 2913.4 nm, respectively. Furthermore, the influence of PEG was also evidenced during the BET testing, wherein the surface area increased from 12.657 m2/g to 16.541 m2/g.
