    Abstract
Oil production in fields that have been producing for a long time tends to decrease. Therefore, it is important to be able to analyze production from the field and take steps to increase production. Decline curve analysis (DCA) is a method of forecasting future production by extrapolating declining production. In conducting research related to DCA, production data is needed in the "XT" field. Research is carried out in fields that have been in production for a long time. This study aims to be able to see a decrease in production in the field and to find out the remaining reserves in the field, as well as to see whether the field potential is still feasible to be developed with a development scenario. The results obtained after carrying out a decline curve analysis are that the field decline rate under current conditions is 11% per year and the total reserves remaining in this field are around 1395 MSTB. With the addition of wells in this field can increase production in the field, this is done with assumptions and simulations carried out on DCA, and supported by a material balance even though it has limited data. There is potential in the field, so that by adding wells, the production area coverage in the reservoir can be wider, thus increasing the recovery factor up to 2.69%.
