Evaluasi Pekerjaan Hydraulic Fracturing untuk Meningkatkan Produksi Minyak pada Sumur TSL-019 Lapangan "NC"
Abstract
Increasing well productivity is one of the efforts of hydraulic fracturing implementation. The TSL-019 well in the Talang Akar formation with a thickness of 16 ft has been hydraulically fractured. This study evaluates whether the TSL-019 well is a suitable candidate for hydraulic fracturing, the parameters of job success, and whether hydraulic fracturing works optimally in increasing oil production at the well. The success analysis starts from performing manual calculations on the amount of fluid and propane required, injection pressure, injection time, and pump power required, then comparing with actual data. Then, the success analysis was carried out by comparing the fracture geometry formed, the increase in formation rock permeability, the increase in productivity index and oil flow rate before and after fracturing. The hydraulic fracturing work succeeded in increasing the rock permeability by four times, resulting in an increase of 92 bopd in oil production. However, the fracture conductivity value was only 0.8, so it could still be improved. Thus, the authors sensitized the fracture width to increase the fracture conductivity to 2.
