    Abstract
This research examines torque and drag analysis in two wells, SZ-1 and SZ-2, to determine if the chosen drill string design will cause problems. It aims to increase understanding of torque and drag analysis, sensitivity analysis, and mitigation solutions. Limitations include limited data and analysis for tripping in, tripping out, and rotating operations. The research involves data collection, analysis, trajectory design using COMPASS software, and torque and drag analysis using Well Plan. The SZ-1 well is simulated, and sensitivity analysis is performed. If results match actual data, torque and drag analysis is conducted on SZ-2 well. This research discusses simulations at the SZ-1 and SZ-2 wells, focusing on sensitivity analysis with FFOH parameters. The results will be compared with actual data and applied during drilling. The SZ-2 well simulation results, which were increased to 2650 m using the same parameters, will be discussed to determine potential problems and mitigation measures. This study recommends reducing the HWDP length and increasing the drill pipe length to prevent torsion failure in the SZ-2 well. The maximum reduction in WOB used to prevent buckling is less than 44.4 kip, and using WOB parameters of 15 kip, TOB of 4000 ft-lbf, and FFOH of 0.3 ensures safety.
