This study aims to identify geological structures in the Mahakam River area using magnetic methods, including Total Magnetic Intensity (TMI), Reduce to Pole (RTP) and Analytic Signal (ANSIG). Magnetic data is secondary data sourced from companies with 123 measurement points. The data was processed with diurnal correction and IGRF to obtain TMI values. Then, the gridding of TMI data is carried out and further processed using RTP and ANSIG. The results showed the presence of a structure with the NE-SW direction based on a high-low anomaly on the ANSIG map validated by slicing three perpendicular trajectories of the structure direction. The results showed that magnetic methods effectively identified geological structures in the study area.
