    Abstract
This research was carried out to test the feasibility of each scenario created which would later be optimized. This research will start from a literature study to obtain a model that can be carried out after that the data used for this well is the Alpha X.5 Offshore well. In this research, various simulations will be carried out which will start with calculating the kick volume value whether the model can be carried out or not, after being declared compliant with the kick volume, then a simulation will be carried out on the Equivalent Circulating Density when Drilling, Equivalent Circulating Density Cementing, torque analysis, price calculations, and time estimation calculations. After that, the optimization of the models that have been created will be seen as a recommendation for the next project.
