    Abstract
Mohamad Iqbal Ferdiansyah. 101316031. Technical and Economic Analysis of the Multi Zone Single Trip Gravel Pack (MZSTGP) Using Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) on Ferdiansyah Field. Multi Zone Single Trip Gravel Pack (MZSTGP) operation is a completion operation that done using the conventional rig to overcome sand production issues. This research is about analyzing from the technical and economic aspects of Hydraulic Workover Unit (HWU) to apply and compatible with MZSTGP operation on Ferdiansyah Field, especially in Well FF-XYZ as an alternative to replace the high cost conventional rig. The technical analysis is done by calculating the MZSTGP operation requirement to determine the HWU pulling capacity and the operation system modification. The operation system modification of HWU should be able to provide six rotary system such as hoisting, rotating, circulating, well-control, power, and well-monitoring system. Then cost analysis is done by comparing operation unit cost of HWU with a conventional rig. The HWU will be chosen as an alternative rigless operation if it can be compatible with the operational load and cost-saving to applied on MZSTGP Operation in Ferdiansyah Field. The result turns out that rigless operation through HWU 340K is compatible with the operational load and cost-saving for developing shallow reservoir and overcome sand production issue in marginal sand prone well at Ferdiansyah Field. The estimated 62% cost saving is obtained by using HWU compared to rig.
