This research aims to model and optimize an integrated production system at the Mandau Gas Field, East Kalimantan, Indonesia, using Surface Jet Pump (SJP) technology. The Mandau field initially consisted of three low-pressure wells experiencing declining gas production due to pressure depletion. Subsequently, a new high-pressure well was integrated into the system through a single manifold. This study modeled both low and high-pressure gas wells connected to the same manifold with the objective of increasing gas production. The methodology involved digitalizing the Mandau field model using Integrated Production Modeling software, Prosper, and GAP, which was validated against well test data. Four production scenarios were simulated, resulting in gas flow rates of 4.716 MMscf/d, 21.309 MMscf/d, 25.698 MMscf/d, and 25.979 MMscf/d, respectively. The results showed that the flow of gas from the high-pressure well directly to the same manifold as the low-pressure wells caused backpressure, increasing pressure in the LP manifold and wellhead, thus preventing the low-pressure wells from flowing. Alternative solutions proposed were the installation of SJP and the separation of production pipelines for high and low-pressure wells. The installation of SJP proved effective in reducing backpressure and increasing gas production by 4.389 MMscf/d from low-pressure wells, while the separation of production pipelines could minimize backpressure and yield an optimal flow rate of 25.979 MMscf/d.en_US
